Our Mission

The Direct Response Forum serves Customer not Present (CNP) professionals by providing members; a venue to meet with industry professionals and build beneficial relationships; vocational training on new initiatives, current trends, payment acceptance and industry best practices to ensure their compliance with industry regulations and their success in managing costs and fraud; and a voice in protecting or changing CNP processes to maximize business opportunities in a rapidly evolving payments industry.

We are an organization created by and committed to serving merchant organizations that process CNP transactions.  The DRF provides an exclusive venue for payment industry peers to meet, and to share practical solutions that address the unique challenges facing this industry.

Our History

In 1989 a group of dedicated payment professionals set aside issues of competition and confidentiality to achieve an unprecedented objective. They had a vision of merchants, acquirers and card companies gathering, with a common purpose of improving the payment environment for the benefit of all customer not present merchants.  Today, because of the foresight of these individuals, we meet annually to share knowledge, renew acquaintances and influence change in the payments industry.
